Please review the following information regarding our refund & return process:

Refund & Return Window: You have a 30-day window from the date of product receipt to request a refund and return the product. Unfortunately, if more than 30 business days have passed since your purchase, we won't be able to offer a refund, but we will still provide technical assistance.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a refund, the appliance must be in its original condition, which includes retaining all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was initially used for the purchase.

Exclusions: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additionally, products showing signs of damage, misuse, or inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned appliance and conduct an inspection, we aim to issue your refund within a period of 7 to 10 business days.

30-Day No Reason Refund Guarantee:

Products in an undamaged condition with well packaged can be refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase.
